Your church has the power to make lasting connections.
We’re here to help your church thrive!
After years of ministry experience, I've realized this: Connections matter. On Sundays, our focus and attention are in competition. There is often so much to get done and facilitate but if we are not careful, we can lose sight of what is most important: the people! Our Sunday checklist is unlikely to get smaller, so the church must have good systems in place to make meaningful connections. When we connect with someone, we show them their value to us, our church, and God. However, the systems (or lack thereof) the church has in place are perfectly tuned for the results it sees. So, if engagement within your church seems to be declining, then it’s time to look at the methods and manner by which your church welcomes others and gets them plugged into both the community and mission of your church. Again, Connections matter! Whether it's a newcomer, a family with kids, local online observers, or long-time members, meaningful connections make a difference. Let's prioritize these connections and make them count, building a stronger sense of community, achieving growth, and ultimately participating in the mission of your church.
